4 Current Jobs window

Current Jobs window displays all Current Jobs (i.e. all not completed Jobs) and their properties.

It can be opened by clicking on Current Jobs shortcut in Navigation panel of by clicking Current Jobs command from Shortcuts menu on the Menu Bar.

Each Current Job has following properties:

 

•Job Name. Can be modified manually in Edit Job window.
•First Started - exact time when you first started tracking the time of work on this Job. Cannot be modified manually.
•Last Completed - exact time when you last stopped tracking the time of work on this Job. Cannot be modified manually.
•Exact Time Spent - total exact time you spent on this Job (if not modified manually, it is the sum of all time intervals between starting and stopping (considering pausing as well) your work on this Job in the space from First Started to Last Completed). Can be modified manually in Edit Job window.
•Client - the customer of this Job. Can be modified manually in Edit Job window.

 

Double-clicking on Job or any column name (i.e. Job Name, First Started, Last Completed etc.) in the Current Jobs window opens Edit Job window with the selected Job data.

New button of the Current Jobs window opens New Job window for entering a new Job.

Edit button of the Current Jobs window opens Edit Job window, where you can edit the selected Current Job.

Delete button of the Current Jobs window deletes the selected Current Job after confirmation.

 

_bm296Note: Neither First Started nor Last Completed properties of the Current Job cannot be modified manually.

 

Move to Completed button changes the selected Job status from Current to Completed and moves the Job from Current Jobs to Completed Jobs.
